I have a hard white skin crust under my eyebrow just above the eyelid. It doesn't hurt. Should it be removed? And if so, how? The skin is very thin at that point

This could be seborrheic keratosis or actinic keratosis.This can be either curetted or removed by radiosurgery at the dermatologist office.Thanks.Queries welcome.
