Thank you for the information. Number three is in fact what I was thinking your condition could be based on your history.

The hard white bump could be an Epidermal Inclusion Cyst. This is a condition where a small piece of the skin gets entrapped below the skin surface leading to gradual formation of a cyst. It is a harmless condition.

Treatment options include surgical removal under local anaesthesia (this is a minor OPD procedure) or injection of triamcinolone (a steroid) directly into the cyst.
