Hi,
The condition you have is likely xanthelasma, this is a condition of cholesterol deposits under your eyes, giving light yellow or white coloration.
You should get your cholesterol level checked.
The treatment ofcourse includes reduction of high cholesterol by medication.
If your cholesterol level is normal, then the cause is unknown.
Treatment includes laser treatment, excision, electrodesiccation or topical trichloroacetic acid application.
Please see a dermatologist to choose the best treatment option for you.
