I have gum ache top and bottom where there's no teeth left side of my nose is sore and blocked dry mouth in morning

Customer: About three months seen dentist had a cannine tooth out but had this issue before extraction took x-ray where tooth was all clear but still got blocked nose
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the dentist should know?
Customer: Only take atoravas statin and low dose asprin

Recently got a crown. I had issues with the look of the crown from the initial consult. I was told that a good match to my normal teeth could be problematic because my teeth are not opaque but translucent. The permanent crown came in and it is bulky and very opaque. It looks like it doesn't fit and now my gums are sore. I've expressed my discomfort and dislike to my dentist. What is my next step to remedy the situation?

Customer: My 1st time getting a crown. I received it 2 days ago.

Customer: The tooth protrudes out from the rest of my teeth. It is my right front tooth.
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the dentist should know?
Customer: I had braces before to straighten my teeth. I chipped this tooth twice. Once when I was 8 and 13 both times it was bonded.

I have a small black stain in my gums from using charcoal how can I get rid of it
