My four year old has a bump on his lower gum below his tooth
JA: Have you noticed any swelling in the gums? When was your last visit to the dentist?
Customer: He just went on the 30th on August
JA: Please give me a bit more information, so the dentist can help you best.
Customer: It is not white it's gum colored but he says it hurts. He just lost his two middle bottom teeth and it is below the tooth to the right of one of the ones he lost

It is most likely another front tooth that is slowly erupting and causing the swelling. Did your child lose the other front teeth naturally?
