After having my wisdom tooth pulled and having a cavity

Customer Question

After having my wisdom tooth pulled and having a cavity filled on the same side; my gum is still tender and I am taking pain meds (Motrin, Advil or Tylenol # 3) every 6-8 hours. I was not prescribed any antibiotics. I also still have a little swelling from the dental work. Should I be concerned?
