Hello! I'll do my best to answer your question.
The skin tag under your tongue is common, and doesn't seem alarming in any way.
Separate subject (perhaps). The hole that appears adjacent to your skin tag. It is adjacent to, or possibly part of the saliva glands. If it has looked that way (like a hole) for just a short while, I would suggest "watching" it. If it didn't within a month begin to fill back in with normal coloring of tissue and less of a hole look, I would then suggest to see your Dentist. I can't, in truth make out with 100% correctiveness what it "specifically is, but I would presume some trauma got to the underside of your tongue? Does this make sense?

I've had the skin tag for over 2 weeks now. Is that normal?

I have a couple of skin tags under my tongue, have had them for years. Not harmful or bad. So, we could say they are normal to have - yes.
Lots of patients have them. I'd not be concerned about the one you have, although it's good you are observant. As for the hole, could well have been me and misinterpreting the photo.
So, perhaps keep a "watch" on the skin tag, but I'd not be concerned!
