painlessdds : Hello, I'm Dr. Simmons and I hope I can help. The filling itself is completely set once it is exposed the the curing light. You should be ok to eat right away. Are there any other concerns I can help you with?
Customer:

Well, I was told to wait for a while to eat, but I haven't had breakfast or lunch, and now I don't know when to eat

Customer:

my anesthesia wore off about 15 minutes ago

Customer:

Hi,

Thanks for using ' Just Answer ' and i would be glad to assist you.

Be advised that as without the opportunity to examine your tooth clinically and look at the x- ray, i would not qualify as a legitimate 2nd opinion. However, i could only add some inputs to the questions posted.

As Dr. Simmons is offline, i would be able to provide you the solution.

Numbness is the only main reason why your dentist don't want you to eat right away after the filling is done.

If anesthesia is given, it is recommended to wait for atleast 30 minutes before you eat anything.

Any Further Questions, Revert and i would be glad to Answer.

Kindly Accept the Solution,if 100% Satisfied from my response.

Bonuses would be Appreciated
