No-- enamel cannot be re-grown once it is broken, worn, decayed, or otherwise damaged. And although some commercially available products claim that they can re-calcify enamel that has become demineralized, they will not restore enamel that has been lost due to the aforementioned mechanisms.

Lost enamel can be structurally replaced by dental restorative technique. For example, damaged teeth can have reparative materials bonded to them by a dentist, effectively replacing missing tooth enamel and substituting for its functional and esthetic purpose. However, this is technically not "re-growing" enamel, which only forms during the embryologic development of teeth before their emergence from the gum.
