Thanks for putting up your question on Just Answer.
A white film on the gums could be :
1. A keratin like layer, caused due to chemical irritation to the gums.
2. A superficial candidial infection
3. A result of a condition like lichen planus
I suggest you see a dentist
. It is not appropriate to start self medication without a proper physical and some investigations.
You may need to apply topical anti-fungals, take poly vitamin capsules and also go for a professional teeth cleaning
