I've been sober from opiates so CE 2911. I'm in WV.. but I
I'm in WV.. but I was in Ohio. My license we're revoked for dui and at the time I wasn't positive if they we're revoked or not because I had filed an appeal with the DMV. I've been sober from opiates since 2011 & can prove ice done nothing else in 9 years except my prescribed medication by getting a copy of my drandom drug tests I get every month at my recovery center. I've been in complete compliance with sessions groups and medication call backs since 2015...I've bought my own home and even began nursing school since. I'd dealt with my bf of 4 years getting high on meth and coming and going all hours of the nite for last 3 of those years. A year ago when I threw him out he had threatened to overdose on methamphetamines and I watched him eat over 5grams at once and forced him to throw it up immediately by telling him we'd work thru it I'd give him another chance.. year later he still was using. However I had been given full custody of my son back in July bc his father became addicted to meth and was getting charged with child abuse neglect and endangerment for 4 kids. I'd lost my son to his father in 09 bc I was an addict. And when he came to live with me I waited till a time when my bf was on one of his weeks or longer staying with drug buddies and I told my bf that he had to go for good bc I refused to have it arrive by soon especially since I'd just gotten custody back and also bc he'd had to deal with his own father being a meth addict and I felt it wasn't fair to my son to allow my bf to get high or run in and out whenever all hours of the nite. Of course he pulled the suicide card again but I just had to put my son first.. especially when he said that he have friends being him over to get his things bc I didn't want to subject my son to his bullcrap bc Lord knows what mood or personality he'd be that hour depending on how long he'd been up. So I played it off so I didn't have stage druggies in my home around my son nor my bf trying to commit suicide in front of him either. So I told him just wait and let me know when he was home and I'd run over and we'd talk. On the meantime I was packing all his stuff in my car. When he called said he was at his buddies I decided taking his things to him so he couldn't be here or have a rain to be here to be crazy in front of f my son nor me bc I was jus fed up by this point abd the risk of driving on revoked dui was minute compared to what I felt the importance of keeping him away abd getting him outta my life the easiest way possible was. The car was legal completely. When I got to his friends house and he came outside I told him my son was more important than whatever demons hev couldn't deal with in last several years n here was everything he had at my house and to not cone back or bring anybody there either. If course he hopped on the car refused to get out of it and then pulled the suicide card again. And I knew he'd do it bc he had before. So when he'd turned his head n was talking to his buddy out the window over sum stupid deal... I reached in his pocket and took his drugs. I knew what it was in because why rise would he have had one of my tiny jewelry travel boxes that's about 4 x 2? I knew if I took it he'd have to find a way to pay his buddy for it before he could get more to even think if overdosing abd with mine to sell it'd make it hard on him as I'd flushed m any many of his bags. My sister is married to the son of the magistrate of our lil tiny county and I'd spoke to her off record about hygeine warrants few weeks B4 and because we weren't married I'd need proof of his use that affected his well being. So I was sure his stash and texts were plenty. I was prepared to make him hate me for a short time to better his life. I never even thought about having the stuff on me bc it jus wasn't sumthin I stressed over everyday anymore and hadn't for almost a decade. I went to speedway to get gas and couldn't find my money. So I thought he'd stolen … read more
