If you were arrested you've been charged. There should be a court date on the paperwork you were given when released.
The next thing to do is hire a local defense attorney. They will be able to go over the circumstances and determine what, if any, defense you may have.
What is possible depends on the facts of the case, your BAC, and how / why you were arrested. For example, the minimum punishments for a person with 0.15-0.2% BAC is 48 hours in jail and for a BAC of more than 0.2% is 5 days. If your BAC is less you could potentially avoid jail time altogether.
But the first (and most important) thing to do is hire an attorney in Columbia.
