Typically, if there were only one offense and she had no prior felony convictions, despite the seriousness of the crime, a lawyer could probably negotiate with the prosecutor to get her a probation disposition with restitution to the complainant. That's because it's a non-violent offense and the government wants its money back. The best chance they have of getting it is if the defendant is allowed to keep working so that she has the ability to pay the debt off.

Here, however, she has several matters and a failure to appear. That failure to appear may make her a poor prospect for probation and hinder her lawyer's ability to bargain for a non-incarceratory plea offer. In the eyes of the court, she's a flight risk. She will not, in my experience, end up sentenced to anything near the 15-year maximum. But some incarceration looks like a real possibility.

I might feel differently if I knew her full background and if there were any mitigating circumstances her lawyer could use to bargain with. But on the only facts I know, I think she'll have to wrap her mind around the prospect of doing some time.

None of what you've mentioned would convince a prosecutor or judge to leave her on the street, unfortunately. From what I see, she's gotten several breaks and all she does is walk away from her obligations and gets herself rearrested.
