Person has excessively high bond, criminal matter, judge refuses to lower from 350,000 since April 2016. Person has lawyer who cannot seem to persaud judge to lower.

Lawyer's Assistant: Because laws vary from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?

This is in New York city( queens)

Several times but he says there is nothing that can be done
