Do you have dual citizenship?
Expert:  Michael Bradley replied 2 months ago.
I do not see anything in my research that would prevent you from obtaining a visa.
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
I still dont feel like you have answered my question. I want to apply for residency in the Dominican..would a felony over 20 years ago keep me from getting my residency
Expert:  Michael Bradley replied 2 months ago.
No it should not. Unfortunately the Dominican is case by case but based on how long ago it occurred should cause you no problems.
