Yes, you can but you'd need a Certificate of Relief from Civil Disabilities or a Certificate of Good Conduct. You can see the law on page 9 of this attachment.

Either one of these certificates restores your civil rights after a felony conviction and would make it unlawful for any employer or licensing agency to deny you a job or a license because of your felony conviction.
