Can you tell me, was the conviction in federal or state court? And if state court, which state?

State Wisconsin

WI requires 8 years from completion of sentence. You mention the conviction was 10 years ago...if your sentence was completed over 8 years ago, you can file for a pardon now.

Please let me know if you have more questions. I am happy to help if I can. Otherwise, please rate the answer so I may get credit for my work.
