Hi, thanks for your question. Are you referring to what is contained in the sentencing order? CFTS means credit for time served. I'm unsure what CT3 would be, unless it is referring to Count 3 of the indictment. Were there more than one charge in the original indictment and he possibly just entered a plea or was convicted of only county 3, whatever that was?

How many years does he have to do before he is in probation. He was on probation for previous offense.

Probation is an alternate sentence instead of serving time in DOC. That is up to the discretion of the judge. Are you referring to parole? Which is where he would be eligible for early release? To determine any minimum time required, I need to know the charge to which he was convicted.
