Do you know of any conditions of his house arrest that would prohibit this? Does it presuppose a specific "house" that he is to live, or does he have the freedom to move? Are there any conditions that state he can't live with you, specifically (such as a restraining order, etc...) or just that he cannot cohabit with anyone?
