I am filing a Petition of Expunction in the State of Texas,

Customer Question

I am filing a Petition of Expunction in the State of Texas, I have obtained my Criminal Record from FBI and completed my fingerprinting. I am in the process of filling in the document online and I want to be sure that I lost ALL the agencies with Records necessary but not to include any unnecessary ones. My charge is for Theft Prop>=$50 < $500, offense date: 01/29/2013, Class B Misdemeanor, Disposition: Dismissed, Disposition Date: 10/09/2014 and Final Pleading: Unreported/Unknown. Also, was wondering if the statue of limitations has run out for this charge?
JA: What state is this in? And can you tell me a little more about the charge?
Customer: Texas
JA: Have you talked to a lawyer yet?
Customer: About expunging the record no.
JA: Anything else you think the lawyer should know?
Customer: I did have a lawyer when I went to court for this charge.

I was arrested by Longview Police Department and was charged by Gregg County Court of Law. I did have to pay $500 I think for court fee's but that's not documented on my criminal history per DPS.
