The indictment must be signed by the agency/member with authority to issue the indictment, it does not have to be stamped to be valid. The indictment has to be signed, typically by the grand jury or foreman on behalf of the grand jury issuing the indictment and then by the district attorney's office.

How DA can profe the indictment was made before statue of limitations if not stamped?

They can prove it by the date it was filed with the court. The court records when indictments are filed.
