Disorderly is a Class B misdemeanor, which carries up to 90 days in jail and/or a fine of $1000. Lewd and lascivious behavior is a Class A misdemeanor, carrying up to 9 months in jail and/or a fine of $10000.

There's no minimum penalty, so the amount of time that a person would get on these charges is within the discretion of the judge and prosecutor (up to the maximum). Certainly the prior record will play into what they ask for, although if there is only the one prior it is possible that a judge could still grant probation for these offenses, since they are misdemeanors. If not, I would not expect that the amount of jail time imposed would be a lot, unless the person has a lot of prior offenses on their record.
