I am a first time offender and have pending charges for DUI, Hit and run, and Felony flee. how likely will I be going to prison? and for how long? (no one got hurt)

In my experience, the odds of you going to prison for these offenses are just about zero, unless you take the case all the way to trial and lose. If you wanted to resolve this with a plea bargain, your lawyer should be able to negotiate a probationary sentence for you.
