My husband was charged with two counts of indecent exposure.

Customer Question

My husband was charged with two counts of indecent exposure. One is a 5 yr old child. The child never stated she saw anything. She was taken to video questioning and said nothing. How can they sustain the charge because the mother states the child saw it.

Was the mother present during the so=called act? What were the allegations? Where in your house was your husband alleged to have been?
