Customer Question

My son was convicted of assault with a deadly weapon and he still maintains that he is innocent. Can a lie detector test help prove his innocence?

This is Samuel and I will discuss this and provide you information in this regard.

A lie detector/polygraph test is only an investigative tool. The results are not admissible in court. So unfortunately, it cannot prove his innocence. Though it can be used by his attorneys to determine if in fact he is not guilty and they could use it to help with further investigation measures
