I had my husband arrested violence. in turn he filed a case

i had my husband arrested for domestic violence. in turn he filed a case against me too. i was not arrested. our cases will be dismissed. will it affect my work or future job application? will it affect any background check?

If you were not arrested, then no prints were taken, in that case I suggest nothing would be revealed on a print check.

If they go by your name, date of birth, and social security number what they will see are the charges and if dismissed in disposition it will say Dismissed/closed. That means there is no conviction.

So without any convictions, there is nothing that can hinder your employment efforts.
