Customer Question

I lost my cell phone some time ago which was returned to the police department. There might have been some incriminating texts on it regarding small drug transactions. The phone has since been returned to my sister. I am currently abroad. Would they issue a warrant for my arrest based on this info and if so how would i find that out? Thank You

Hello. My name is ***** ***** I will be glad to help you.
I am sorry to hear about this unfortunate situation.
Do you know if the cell phone was actually examined by the police?
Did it have a lock code?
Did police give any indication to your sister that a warrant or criminal charges would be filed based on the information discovered in the cell phone?
