Customer Question

I tried to clear my record by attempting to file a motion PC 851.8C. At the records and then the sheriff's office they acted like there is no such statute, and if there was, nobody could prevent from completely ignoring it.
The case involved some pretty ridiculous domestic violence charges, which were dropped, but I still have an arrest record.
