Thank you for your reply.
I sincerely ***** ***** you, but after 25 years, the statute of limitations, which is the law forbidding suits after a certain time period has passed, has long since passed.
I am afraid that legally we cannot help give you any information for taking legal action on something that happened that long ago.

It's still going on after i petitioned and traveled 4,000 mi. FOR NO SHOW ON HER PART BUT ALL SHOW ON MOUSE OF HOUSE TELLING ME it been to long for D.N.A. of the children that are theirs is that FAIR?
Criminal Lawyer: Law Educator, Esq., Lawyer replied 3 years ago
Thank you for your reply.
As I said, the statute of limitations on everything you are claiming has expired. So if they are still pursuing you for back child support, I do not know what to tell you, but the reason you seem to not be getting help is that a lawyer cannot take action outside of the statute of limitations or they could be disbarred.

Thank you for your reply. I did not know you were a "mental case." How was I supposed to know that when you told me nothing.
We still cannot represent you, even though your mental incapacity could be a basis for delaying the statute of limitations.
I apologize, but you need to go see a local attorney in person for assistance I am sorry to tell you. We cannot assist you through this forum.
