How can I file a civil suit agansit two women that aggravatly assaulted me. The followed me in my mother drive way. My three children were present and they even had children in there vechilcle. My kids are having issues coping with this inseident. What are my options.

Yes broken nose they where strangling me when cop showed up

If you want to pursue a case, you would have to decide where you want to file it. That would usually depend on how much your medical bills end up being. When the bills are not that high, people often file in small claims court. Small claims cases do not require as much technical legal knowledge (the rules are easier) and so people can choose to represent themselves. The maximum amount you can get is $10,000 (for reimbursement of medical expenses, lost wages, if any, and pain and suffering), however, so people with bigger bills do not usually go to small claims. To file a claim over $10,000, you would have to go the District Court. Realistically, you would likely only want to undertake that with an attorney because there are many more rules and procedures that have to be followed that lawyers are familiar with. So you may want to consult with a general civil lawyer about that.

In addition, if charges were filed against this person, I would suggest talking to the prosecutor. They can request restitution as part of a sentence to repay your expenses from the assault.
