I have a son who is now 21
In 2011 he got a fine for not having a fishing license on person when fishing in one county over from ours
In 2012 he got a fine for starting Duck Season 30min early in one county over from ours
We are in Missouri with several counties very close to each other
Both above fines were submitted at misdemeanors for "Pursuing Wildlife Illegally"
Guilty plea was submitted at he paid the fine then
Is it possible to have these two misdemeanors expunged?
If so does he have to wait ten years from the above date?

Samuel II :

My name is XXXXX XXXXX I look forward to discussing this and providing you information in this regard.

I suggest that he may Petition to have these matters expunged from his record and that he does not have to wait 10 years to do that.

So the general form for expungement (On Missouri Courts Page) may be used with $100 file fee

I am guessing I have to do each one seperate

Samuel II :

Yes. That is all correct
