There is no declaration fee to bring someone over from Ghana. If you don't mind my asking, what led you to believe that such a fee might exist?

Customer:

well a girl im trying to bring to US showed me a copy of a declaration that said $7000.00 to $10,000.00 was required to make sure she was taken care of if something happened to me.

No such fee exists. I would be very concerned about this person's intentions because there is a group of scammers operating out of Ghana that use a "declaration fee" claim as a means of conning men into sending money that is subsequently stolen. Please allow me to refer you to the U.S. Embassy in Ghana: http://ghana.usembassy.gov/contact.html They should be able to confirm for you that no such declaration fee exists.

Frankly, it's not difficult to doctor up some fake airline tickets in an email.

Is there any way of telling if the tickets are authentic

What airlines would she be flying?
