This answer was rated:

A defendant saw this on his appeal court website "ORGR RECEIVED FROM COURT" this is month after the mandate was issued. on the same day another entry said Record returned to District Court. There was a motion docket for Mandate-Spread that same day in district court.

"ORGR" is an abbreviation for "original". After an appeal is decided the clerk of the appellate court returns the original record which consists of all the transcripts and exhibits from the trial to the district court clerk.

This entry is somewhat cryptic but likely just means the original record and/or the appellate court's opinion was returned to the district court clerk.
