The statute of limitations is two years from the incident for a Nevada gross misdemeanor. However, if you leave the state, that would suspend the statute of limitations, so it's not a particularly great idea if your only purpose is to avoid prosecution.
That said, it would be the job of the state to prove you guilty of this crime beyond a reasoanble doubt. If there were no witnesses, while it's logical to believe that you were the one to break the window, the state may have proof problems.
Whenever you are the suspect of a crime you don't have to submit to police questioning. You have a constitutional right to remain silent and you need never cooperate in what will likely result in your own arrest. Make an admission and you could get yourself charged with a misdemeanor. Keep your mouth shut per your 5th Amendment rights and they may not be able to even charge you with this crime.
If the police come knocking or calling again, tell them you have nothing to discuss with them and terminate the conversation. If they have enough evidence to believe it was you, they can come get you. If they don't, whatever you do, don't talk to them and hand it to then.
