If your rights were not read to you it does not invalidate the arrest. However, if they arrested you without Mirandizing you and asked you questions, and you made incriminating statements, your lawyer can make a motion to suppress anything you said in response to custodial interrogation. But Miranda does not actually require the arrest and charges to be thrown out, just any evidence that may have been gathered as a result of you not being made aware of your rights.
