If you did not have alcohol, in what way did you violate your interlock?

Is your interlock court ordered as part of your criminal DUI case or is it only a condition of your driver's license?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
The interlock is court violated me for BAC. Now I am scared to drive. The interlock device was stolen and I had to pay tons to have it replaced.

If you have a probation officer, you should let them know (they'll find out anyway) and explain the situation. Unless the interlock device has locked you out, there should be no reason you cannot continue to drive.

will my probation officer revoke me?
Expert:  Legal-Guru replied 5 years ago.
No way to know for sure, but if you self report and demonstrate a good attitude, the chances of being revoked are lower than if you do not.
