That's not how the statutes are written. It should be a title number, a chapter, and a section. Like, the statute that prohibits fishing on private property is Section 49-7-9. There isn't a section in the code that is just nineteen. I'm not really sure where you're getting that, but the information I gave about the tickets is correct.
