If I fight the family case and win, what will happen then? is it going to effect the ACD?

No. The ACD will be a done deal, and in any case it's a dismissal. If you win the family court matter, that's a separate matter. It does not negate the order of protection on the criminal matter though. So you would have to go back to your lawyer and see if he could get the OP lifted on the basis of the fact that you'd prevailed in Family Court.
