I did violet the order of protection even after I was arrested

Customer Question

I did violet the order of protection even after I was arrested (My wife set me up) now she said to me that if I will try to fight the OP she will put me in jail. with the new ACOD can she use my older violation against me if she want, lets say 2 months from now, or the new order means only new violations?

Hi, I am assuming the the ADA is offering you an ACD to cover your present case which is for the violation of the old order of protection. Once there's a new order it would apply only to new violations.
