Ambulance picked up brother from street with fractured skull and brain injury without board or collard because they smelled alcohol on breath they thought he was drunk and someone they told them he had overdosed on unknown drug so they put him in ambulance took him to hospital and they gave him a shot of something to clean system out and waited for system clean out after a while I don't know how long a while they checked and seen he still wasn't waking up so they put him in an ambulance without any assistance to ride with him said none was available sent him from 114th street to 65th street for another doctor to check him and seen injury with cats an and did surey where they said he had stroke while operating which I think not sure the vegetable stay he was in from 6/26 - 7/12 where he died from complications from brain injury (he choked on breathing tube in his neck blood started coming out of tube he was in back room couldn't talk or ring buzzer for help I think monitors went off and alerted nurses who than called for the doctors to come quickly which they did but could not bring him back
