My house was just recently searched regards XXXXX XXXXX fiance who does not live at my residence, and it was recently posted on the court sight as a special warrant and I would like to know what a special warrant is and why it says to be determined?

I was on the website where it shows his charges, motions for the case, and court dates. On that sight it says to be determind next to my address

That means that they got the warrant before they had your address, but they still had probable cause to believe your fiance had left some evidence of a crime there. That way, they're allowed to search, as soon as they locate your address.
