while out on bail, my case was dropped before arraignment. i know the county has 1 year to refile, but , if they refile but can't find me to serve the warrant, is there aa statute of limitations on how long they have to bring me in? my charges are possession for sales

There is no statute of limitations that apply to criminal warrants.
