I have received an email from Damien Lewis saying that I have

Resolved Question:

I have received an email from Damien Lewis saying that I have won $2,500.000 in a lottery.
To collect this money I am told that I have to deposit 1500 Euros into a non residential a/c with the First Lombard International Bank.
I did a search on Google. Not found.
A Google search on Damien Lewis (Scam) brought up so many hits it was not funny.
I realise that this is a scam, but I would like you to be able to tell other people and to try and stop these people

You can report this to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), see

You are correct, asking a lottery winner to pay to collect the prize is a sure sign of a scam.

You can also make a report to the local police, but the IC3 was designed to accept exactly this type of complaint.
