can someones emails where the person clearly states knowledge of someone drugs use and show very disturbing comments where its a possible danger to a child and the person is possibly not in good mental health can it be used in order to protect a child well being and have the proper authories handle the situation

Hi Jacustomer,

If you have a legitimate suspicion that a person may be committing child abuse you can report the abuse to the Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services.

You would likely have to leave your name however, which may or may not eventually have to be disclosed to the person you are reporting. So if what you are trying to do is to jam her up before your husband's trial, it might be a bad move at this time. You really don't want this to come back and bite you on the tail.
