someone gave my son a bag of mushrooms while he was in Los Vegas / later someone ask him what he was going to do with it. He replied you want it? Just give me $10. He was arrested for sales. Is this a ticket or how bad is this?

Your son is in a very, very big trouble. Nevada has one of the strictest possible zero tolerance drug laws in the country, other than for pot possession. If your son was caught about 1/8 oz, that is an AUTOMATIC felony charge, which is penalty of up to $25,00 fine and 1 to 6 years in prison. You MUST get an attorney for him as he can end up in jail even if he not a prior offender. I wish I had better news.
