My husband wrote a $200 check on his moms account about 14

Customer Question

My husband wrote a $200 check on his mom's account about 14 years ago when he was on crack. Now he has a family he would like to protect. Can we get this felony off his record I'm not even sure what class it is and it wasn't a violent crime. We just want to be able to own a gun because of all the home invasion's lately.

So he was tried and convicted of such or pled guilty to the charges?

Exactly what was he found guilty of?

What state was this in?

Customer: replied 8 years ago.

He plead guilty, and went to rehab. This is in Arkansas. I think it may be a class D felony.

I'm going to opt out and maybe another attorney will be able to help you with this.
