How likely is it that Pinellas County would pickup DUIs from

Resolved Question:

How likely is it that Pinellas County would pickup DUI's from the state of Alabama from the 1980's?

not likely - as matter of fact, you should consult with an attorney in FLA and see about gettting it quashed so that if you are stopped in Alabama you are not arrested on the warrant - sometimes, they are not marked non extradict and then an arrest is made until that is determined. but i would say given the age, FLA is not interested, thats my professional opinion.
