I was convicted of a drug crime and didnt have a drug tax stamp, and the state put a lien on me when is the statute of limitations run out so I dont owe it anymore, in nebraska, grand island?

if the state has a lien, it is not going to expire. they will send it to a state central collection agency and they will get their money one way or the other - through wage garnishment, etc. there is no statute of limitations on state liens.
