Recent release from jail. Was in emergency situation and its the weekend. violation of probation by leaving county. Driver was pulled over and both id's were demended. everything ligit, no new charges, but in jail with no bond hold. event occured yesterday into last night. probation office has oviously still not been contacted of booking. what is best next move? Is it possible to not get violation due to emergancy situation? and what is punishment for the crime if possible to be charged with it?
