Thanks for the reply.

In Georgia the statute of limitations on Theft by Deception is 4 years, if it is a felony level offense. Based on the amount of money you are claiming ($1.1 million) it is certainly a felony, so the answer is four years.

The time limit is still the same for theft by Conversion.

The time limit is still 4 years.
